Urban Mobility

Objectives:

• Promoting the concept of Urban Mobility
• Education and public awareness as to create a new culture for urban mobility

Activities:

• Selection of Project Management Team
• Establishment of monitoring
• Equipment and services procurement
• Press conference – project presentation
• The “Urban Mobility” seminar organization
• Information campaign on the effects of urban transport on the environment
• Final press conference – project results
• Final evaluation

Direct beneficiaries: 100 students of the “Lower Danube” University of Galati who attended the information seminar and joined the newly established clubs of cyclists, roller and so.

Indirect beneficiaries: the inhabitants of Galati who benefited from public events organized during the information campaign on the effects of urban transport on the environment.
